Education:

• Ad Design and Illustion   New England School of Art, Boston, MA

 

Mary grew up in Vermont and moved to Montana after graduation. She became interested in Native American subject matter and the vastness of the Western landscape. After a subsequent relocation to Colorado and then to New Mexico, her focus remains on the land and its people.
 
A selection of her drawings has appeared in the New Yorker magazine.
Her fine artwork has been reproduced in a line of cards for Sunrise and Renaissance Greeting Cards.

• 2003 - Best Pastel Artist at the Beaver Creek Art Festival
• 2008 - Best of Show at the Taos (NM) Open
• 2015 - First Place at the Taos Fall Arts Festival
